The Twenty Four Foundation upskills communities in STEM and AI education, using sports as the backdrop to build the well-rounded leaders, thinkers, and creators needed in every industry.

Our Cause
Millions of communities are being left out of the fastest-growing careers in the economy— not because they lack potential, but because no one ever showed them the door.
Sports is how we open it.
Sports programming is uniquely positioned to reach people traditional classrooms and workforce training programs can't, because we don't ask communities to come to us. We meet them where they already are— on the fields and sidelines of games they love.
Value the global sports technology industry will gain in market cap in less than 10 years. We give participants hands-on opportunities to learn and work in sports technology through the sports they already love — from elementary school through college.

Pilot Program
Introducing the Chesterfield NFL Flag Football League.
Meet CNFL.

What We Do
The Chesterfield NFL Flag Football League (CNFL) is T24F's pilot program — an official NFL Flag affiliate league for middle and high school boys and girls in Chesterfield County, Virginia. Flag football is one of
the fastest-growing sports in the country, and the CNFL brings that energy directly to the community.
How It Works
The field is just the start. Players build STEM and career readiness skills directly through the game — from data analytics to sports science — while high school and college-age participants and community members can get involved behind the scenes. Whether that's videography, social media, data, or operations, the CNFL creates real upskilling opportunities for everyone in the building, not just the players on the field.
